Ravenstrikex - The Anger They Earned

Fix what made me angry
They can hate the way
I'm shouting
They can't answer the harm every
S had a no underneath
I held it back till
I ground my teeth
They got obedience
I got rage
That no go straight to their face
I meant it
That word burns on the way out
It cracks but it gets through
I've been choking on their
Let them choke on something true
Fear isn't respect
They've confused the two
Listen close
What made me angry?
Then tell me to be calm
They can hate the way
I'm shouting
They can answer for the harm
Let them hear a viking
Let them hear the truth
They've mistaken all that silence
For a life they get to
Shield up
Step in
I close the gap
The first hardship gets a heart shove back
I guard a side
She guards mine
We take the fight to the ones who made us hide
Straight at them
I shout the words they whispered
When they had us on our own
Every threat
Every order
Let the whole world know
Their shelter was our silence
I'm tearing through it now
Every word they change the subject
I drag it back
They raise the volume
I lay out the facts
I'll put this anger down
When the wrong is put right
Till then
Let every threat made a viking
Ready to fight
The truth is out
Let them LIVE WITH IT
WHAT MADE ME ANGRY?
Then tell me TO BE CALM
THEY can hate the way
I'm shouting
They can answer for the harm
Let them hear a viking
Let them hear the truth
They mistaken all that silence
For a life
They get to rule
The truth stays loud
Answer for the harm
And search for the harm
